Chiropractic Physician: As owner and director of The Elden Street Back and Neck Pain Center from 1986 to 2003, thousands of patients have been accepted and treated for myriad conditions within the scope of practice defined by the Virginia Board of Medicine. In 2003, the practice was renamed VitalCare™ with a direction to engage more closely patients and their needs, with diversification of services available. This effort continues to evolve in today’s challenging healthcare marketplace. The theme of all service to patients is to invite full participation and informed choice when pursuing options in support of health, active living and longevity. Our bias is to non-surgical and holistic approaches in the support of life.

Professional consultant: During years 2006 and 2007 Dr. McNally began New World View Coaching, engaging doctors from around the United States in a discussion of changes in health care and how to support ethical, transformative means of growing and succeeding individually and collectively. This effort brought many insights into the difficulties experienced by providers challenged within limitations imposed by insurance contracts, Medicare and limited options imposed in health care. Pursuing deeper understanding, Dr. McNally replaced that concept with New Life View, a service provided in workshop environments to people interested in understanding how collective experience and the connections between people influence health, happiness and success. New Life View is a generic service not restricted to a singular profession or community. All are invited to experience through these workshops the insights that may be available.
